Experience

2025 — now

Restomanwww.restoman.app

CEO · Product, design and full-stack

  • B2B platform for restaurant operations — orders, tables, kitchen and checkout. Live in its first venue since September 2026, in testing with them before we let the next ones in.
  • Lead a team of four. Own the product spec, the design system and most of the code.
  • Designed and built the organizations and RBAC system in-house after the auth plugin could not express a venue hierarchy without allowing escalation.

2026 — now

Gemmwww.gemm.ar

Backend and AI research

  • Perception for a Unitree humanoid built to walk a refinery round a person currently walks every three hours: read the gauge at each furnace, and operate the valve.
  • Own the data bridge off the robot, the real-time 3D map, the processed 3D pass and the 2D floor plan navigation runs against, and the dashboard. SLAM is FAST-LIVO2 on ROS2, running onboard, instead of the manufacturer’s closed stack.
  • Found and fixed the bottlenecks that were actually limiting the live map — a message adapter, and the SLAM trajectory saturating the WiFi link.

2025

Águila

Co-founder · Engineering

  • Platform for finding restaurant promotions near school. Reached ten paying restaurants.
  • Closed by group decision. We refunded every restaurant; none of them asked.

Projects

2026

AwakeSource

macOS app that keeps a Mac awake, from the menu bar or the terminal. One binary, four modes, a privileged LaunchDaemon. Open source with a public release.

2026

Gemm Blocks

Visual block programming for controlling Unitree robots without writing ROS2. Shown at a hackathon, which turned into an invitation to teach a class on it at ITBA.

2026

Sana

AI triage concept for regions without nearby specialists. Designed and pitched in two hours at a hackathon at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Never built.

2026

This site

Next 16, static, monochrome. The 3D hero is ~6 KB of hand-written WebGL rather than 150 KB of three.js, because both 3D moments on the site are point clouds.
